Myofasical Swedish

Myofascial Swedish is meant to bridge the divide between deep tissue and relaxation massage. By first immersing ourselves into strict myofascial work and its principles, we will broaden existing Swedish skills in a way that feels both deep and effective. We will discuss ways of approaching the body from a "myofascial angle," all while working gently and emphasizing the integration of the body as a whole. You will leave the class with specific routines for the back, shoulders, and hips, all of which can be immediately integrated into your existing work.
