Your customers look to you for information and they want to know that you know what you are doing. Once you have seen a customer a couple of times you should know what they want and what they like. Massage works differently for every individual and you should keep in mind strokes and techniques that are more suited for each individual. Your career as a massage therapist is up to you and you have many resources to make it the best that is can be. Massages are a relaxing and healing experience for people and they will seek you to help them facilitate it. When performing massages on your clients, you want to make sure that you are providing the most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere to enhance the experience.
