Lighting- One Element of a Great Massage
Posted on: March 19, 2012
Lighting is an important element of a massage that can be taken for granted. Since massage is supposed to be a relaxing experience, most people do not want bright, fluorescent lights. Lights like those tend to be used in department store dressing rooms which do not create a peaceful environment. People tend to calm down with less lighting. Most people want to be massaged in the dark or minimal lighting. Having soft lighting with a dimmer switch is a great option. Since people are different, the amount of light can be adjusted to each client. Some clients would prefer the room to be lighted by candles. Having candles in your massage room is a great to have for those clients who prefer them.
