One of the most coveted looks for this fall is big, beautiful hair full of volume. We have seen celebrities like Adele, Jennifer Lopez, Catherine Zeta Jones, and Kate Middleton sporting big hairstyles that showcase long and healthy locks. Although celebrities have the luxury of stylists, daily blowouts, and some of the world's finest hair products, we can still achieve big hair on our own.Big Hair for Short Hair Styles
So you cut your hair to beat the summer heat and are now repenting this Fall season. Don't worry, you can still achieve voluminous hair with the help of some tools. One of the things you can try are hair extensions. Not only will they add volume to your hair, they will also add length. Look for ones made of human hair that will look very natural once they are dyed the same shade as your hair color.
Medium Length Hair
If you hair is medium length, you can also benefit from using extensions to add some bulk and a bit of length. If you would prefer to skip them, you can benefit from a volumizing product that is applied to your hair when its wet. When you blow dry your hair you want to make sure you flip your hair over and point the heat towards the roots the create a "lifting" effect. You can also use a large round brush to blow dry sections of your hair with an out and in portion. You can also add bounce by teasing the hair at your crown with a wide tooth comb or back combing it.
Adding Oomph to Long Hair
If you have long hair, it will be easy to create the voluminous look. You want to make sure that you keep your hair healthy by using a leave in treatment and applying regular masks at least once a week.
