The correct order in which to apply your skin care products is going to determine the actual benefits of skin care products. By starting with a cleanser, you can remove any buildup of oil and dirt. Next, you will want to go directly to a toner that will give you a deeper cleanse. The next step in your regime should be spot treatment if needed. Then, you can apply any serums, eye creams, and, finally, a moisturizer.

 

If your skin care regime involves a cream moisturizer and a serum and you apply the moisturizer first, your skin will not allow for the penetration of the serum. This also applies to eye creams and any spot treatments. Applying skin care products in the correct order is a must if you want to get the full benefits.

 

Any one of these steps that take place out of this order can lower the benefits of skin care products. When your skin care is important to you, you will want to do everything possible to get the most out of your skin care products. This includes making sure that each product is used at the right time.
